Bio:

As a refugee and BA graduate, I have discovered that handouts are good for emergencies, but education is great for long-term solutions. I believe ATE-Hub, a RLO (Refugee Led-Organization) and grassroots initiative, is the kind of leadership response we need; leadership from the bottom moving upwards. The internships I did throughout the program allowed me to build practical skills that bridged the gap between theory and practice. And also, I enjoyed the opportunity to build professional networks. My end goal is to create an eco-system of self-sustaining educational and socio-economic opportunities for refugees like myself.
