Titling our works is such an enjoyable process. Not only does it need care, patience and a bit of creativity, it also requires a full presence of the writer to be fully immersed in their work.
It was extremely helpful and educational to hear from all our participants during the first part of the workshop. And two things were well explained;
Timing: If you give a title before/while/after writing the story then you are not alone!
The Length: Well, as long as it’s catchy and it very much conveys the intended motive. Then you are doing it right!
We are inviting you all to our workshop, Titles Part II. More reading! More titling! and more interactions! Come with an open mind to guess along the different titles of the different familiar extracts that have been prepared and learn how uniquely our friends titled their works and the process underwent when naming their different pieces.
